Haze and water are where an enlargement usually falls apart: one bands into stripes, the other goes to plastic. Look at the needles on the far treeline and the stones under the shallows.

Carved stone is the hardest thing on this page: hundreds of edges that all have to stay where the mason put them. Follow the balustrade, then the figures above the arch.

Most AI platforms do twenty things adequately. We do one thing, and we would like it to be the best there is.
Upscela is an AI image upscaler. You give it a photograph that is too small, and it gives you back a bigger one that still looks like your photograph.
A picture you love, or a picture you need, and it is 800 pixels wide. Every tool we tried either softened it into wallpaper or handed back something that had quietly stopped being the original photograph: a face subtly rearranged, a logo turned to letter-shaped noise, texture smeared into paint. Bigger was easy. Better was the problem nobody was solving.
Fur, feathers, weave, brickwork, skin. An upscale should give back the texture that was actually in front of the lens, not a convincing substitute for it, so the picture holds up when somebody leans in. Drag the handle and judge it at full size, which is the only way anybody should buy one of these.
See the full portfolio
There is a shortcut available to everyone in this business. Let the model reinvent the picture instead of resolving it and you get something startlingly crisp, which wins the thumbnail and loses the job, because it is no longer the photograph anybody took. We measure every result against your original, and when it drifts we treat that as a defect. Never as a house style.
See the full portfolioNot sure whether you need 4K or 8K? Take the smaller one. There is a button beside every finished result that steps it up, and it picks up from the work already done instead of starting over.
Start one and the upload box comes straight back. A folder of listing photos goes out in the time it takes to select them, and everything reports its own progress while you get on with something else.
The editor is free and costs no credits, because cropping first is simply the right order: every pixel you pay to enlarge is then a pixel you actually keep. Straighten, rotate and colour-correct while you are there.
Every result arrives with a slider, a zoom and a full-screen view. Look at it properly, at the size you are actually going to use. Approving a thumbnail and finding out at the printers is how this goes wrong.
Plenty of tools quietly snap your photograph to proportions that suit them and crop away the difference. Panoramas suffer worst, portraits close behind. Whatever shape goes in comes back, to a fraction of a percent.
It runs in the browser you already have, on the laptop you already own, with no graphics card and no download. A six-year-old machine gets exactly the same result as a new workstation.
Marketplaces set minimum image sizes and reward photographs a customer can zoom into. A phone shot that looked fine as a thumbnail often falls short. One upscale and the same picture carries the listing, the thumbnail and the ad.
Old commissions shot on smaller sensors, tightly cropped frames, and clients asking for print sizes the file was never going to reach. Upscaling buys back the resolution the crop cost you.
The image the client sent is 900 pixels wide and the billboard is not going to shrink. Enlarge it properly, keep the shape, and stop rebuilding artwork around a file that will not cooperate.
Scan the print, upscale the scan, and the grain gets resolved instead of smoothed into a painting. It is the most rewarding thing you can do with this tool, and the results tend to surprise people.
Image generators mostly stop around 1024 pixels square, which is nowhere near print and thin on a large screen. Upscaling is the standard last step, and generated images take to it beautifully.
Rooms keep their geometry and surfaces keep their texture, which is most of what separates a listing that reads as professional from one that reads as a phone snap.
Feedback, a bulk enquiry, or something that did not work. A person reads every message.

The agreement between you and us, in plain words.
Upscela is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sumit Sharma, in India. You can reach us at info@upscela.com, and our address and phone number are on the contact page. In these terms "we", "us" and "Upscela" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site.
We are not registered for GST. The price you see is the price you pay, and no tax is added at checkout.
Upscela takes an image you upload and returns a larger version of it. You choose a size, we charge the credits that size costs, and the result is delivered as a PNG file you can download. The free editor on the Edit page runs entirely in your browser: it costs nothing and uploads nothing.
The help centre sets out what the tool does well and what it cannot do. Upscaling is not magic: motion blur cannot be undone, text nobody could read cannot be recovered, and a face a few pixels across cannot be rebuilt reliably. Read that page before you spend anything.
You need an account to upscale an image, and you must be at least 18 years old to have one. Give us an address you control and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think somebody else has got into it.
One person may hold one account. Creating several accounts to collect the free credits more than once is a misuse of the service and we may close all of them.
Everything is bought and spent in credits. A plan gives you a number of credits each month; you can also buy credits outright or pay for a single image. What each size costs is shown on the pricing page and is charged the moment a job is created, not when it finishes.
A job that fails, times out or is cancelled is refunded in credits automatically. You do not have to ask. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Prices can change. A change never affects something you have already bought, and we will say so on the pricing page before it takes effect.
You keep every right you had in the image you upload, and you keep the result. We claim no ownership of either. We do not use your images to train anything, we do not sell them, and we do not show them to anybody. There is no watermark on any plan, including the free one.
We need one narrow permission to do the job at all: while your file is with us, you allow us to store it and to process it, including sending it to the specialist providers who perform the upscale on our behalf. That permission exists only to produce your result and ends when the file is deleted.
By uploading you confirm you have the right to do so. Do not upload anything you do not own or have permission to use.
Nothing illegal. Specifically: no sexual content involving children, no non-consensual intimate images, no material that incites violence or hatred, and nothing that infringes somebody else's copyright or trademark.
No identity documents belonging to other people, and no images made to impersonate a real person or to deceive. Do not attempt to break, overload or work around the limits of the service, and do not resell access to it without asking us first.
If you find something on this service being misused, tell us through Report abuse. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and where the law requires it we will report the matter.
We work to keep the service running and to return a result you are happy with, but we cannot promise it will always be available, always be fast, or always produce a result you like. Results depend on the picture you start from.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything you could have avoided by keeping your own copy of your file. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here removes a right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be removed by agreement.
You can stop using the service whenever you like. To close your account, write to info@upscela.com from the address on it and we will delete the account and your files. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.
We may change these terms. If a change matters, we will say so on the site before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of India. The courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If something here is unclear, write to info@upscela.com before you buy anything. An email costs you a minute and saves you a guess.

What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Upscela is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sumit Sharma, in India. You can reach us at info@upscela.com, and our address and phone number are on the contact page. In this policy "we", "us" and "Upscela" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site.
This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Your email address and a password. The address identifies your account and is where verification and password links go. The password is never stored: what we keep is a one-way hash of it, so a stolen copy of our database cannot be turned back into your password and cannot be used to sign in as you.
The images you upload, and the results. Held only as long as your plan says, then deleted automatically.
What you bought and what you spent. Every credit movement is recorded so your balance can be explained. We need this for our own accounts and to answer a billing question.
Basic technical information that any web server sees: your IP address and the requests you make. We use it to keep the service up and to stop abuse, such as one address creating a hundred accounts for the free credits.
We do not collect your name, your phone number, your location or your date of birth. We have not asked you for them and we do not want them.
Payments are handled by a licensed payment gateway. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and bank credentials go to them directly and never reach our servers. We receive only the fact that a payment succeeded and a reference for it.
Your image is uploaded, queued, processed and returned to you. To perform the upscale we send it to specialist third-party processing providers who act on our instructions and are bound by contract to use it for nothing else.
We do not train anything on your images. We do not sell them, publish them or show them to other customers. One account cannot see another account's files: every request is checked against the account that made it.
Files are deleted automatically when their retention window ends, which is 24 hours on the free plan and longer on paid ones. You can delete any job yourself before then, and doing so removes the files with it.
Every sample on our portfolio is our own test image. No customer's picture has ever appeared there and none ever will.
We hold your address, your password hash and your files because we cannot provide the service you asked for without them. We hold your credit and purchase history because we are required to keep records of what we sold. We hold technical logs because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service working and in preventing abuse.
We do not run advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your data with anybody for their own purposes.
One cookie, for your sign-in session. It is HttpOnly, which means no JavaScript on the page can read it, and it exists only so that you stay signed in between pages. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
Your chosen language is part of the web address rather than a cookie, which is why a translated page can be bookmarked and shared.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write from the address on the account and we will close it, which removes your address, your files and your session. We keep the minimum record of transactions that the law requires us to keep.
Write to info@upscela.com and we will answer within three to four business days. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, tell us first and give us a chance to put it right.
Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 and a value unique to each account. Session cookies and the links in our emails are random tokens of which we store only a hash, so even our own database cannot reproduce them. Traffic is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfect. If something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you rather than hope you do not notice.
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant we will put a notice on the site, so you are not the last to know.

When money comes back, when it does not, and how to ask.
A job that fails is refunded automatically, in credits, without you asking. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits you have already spent on a finished result are not normally refundable, because the processing was really done and really cost us money.
If something has gone wrong, write to us. Nobody should be left feeling cheated over a few rupees.
Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery charge, because there is nothing physical to send. Credits appear in your account the moment a payment succeeds. A finished picture is ready to download from Recent Tasks as soon as the job is done, usually within a couple of minutes, and it stays there for as long as your plan keeps files. If a payment went through and the credits are not there, write to us and we will put it right.
If an upscale fails, times out or is cancelled, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. There is nothing to claim and nobody to email. You will see the refund in your credit history against that job.
If you have bought a plan or a credit pack and have not spent any of it, write to us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full to the method you paid with.
If you have spent part of it, we will refund the unused part at the price you paid per credit. Free credits and credits added by a code have no cash value and are not refundable.
Once a job has run and returned a result, the credits it cost are not normally refundable. The work was done, and the provider bill behind it was already paid.
That is the rule and not the whole story. If you were charged for something you did not ask for, charged twice, or the result is plainly broken rather than merely not to your taste, tell us what happened and we will put it right. We will not argue over a few credits.
Email info@upscela.com from the address on your account. Tell us what you bought, roughly when, and what went wrong. If it is about a particular job, the job number from Recent Tasks makes it much quicker.
We answer within three to four business days. An approved refund is sent back to the original payment method and usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
You can cancel a plan whenever you like. Write to info@upscela.com from the address on your account and we will stop it renewing. Cancelling does not cut short the month you have already paid for, and the credits you hold stay in your balance until that month runs out.
We do not charge a cancellation fee and we do not ask you to telephone anybody to do it.
Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs both of us a fee, and we can almost always solve the problem the same week by email. If we have made a mistake we will say so and fix it.

How to tell us something is being misused, and what happens next.
Upscela is a tool for making your own pictures bigger. If somebody is using it for something else, we want to know, and we act on reports rather than filing them.
Write to info@upscela.com with "Report abuse" in the subject line. You do not need an account to report something.
Sexual content involving children. Non-consensual intimate images. Material that incites violence or hatred against a group. Anything made to impersonate a real person or to deceive.
Your copyrighted work being processed or published by somebody who has no right to it. Your own photograph or likeness being used without your permission.
Attempts to break, overload or abuse the service, including one person creating many accounts to collect the free credits.
What you saw and where, the date and time as closely as you can manage, and any link, job number or account address you have. If you are reporting your own work being used, say what the work is and how we can tell it is yours.
Do not attach illegal material to your report. Describe it. If we need to see something we will tell you how to send it safely.
We acknowledge every report within three to four business days and we look at all of them. Where a report is upheld we remove the material, and we suspend or close the account behind it.
Where the law requires it, or where somebody is in danger, we report the matter to the police and preserve what we hold for them. We do this whether or not the person who reported it asks us to.
We will not tell the person you reported who reported them.
If we have removed something of yours or closed your account and you believe that was a mistake, write to info@upscela.com and say so. A human reads it, and we do change our minds.
Contact the police first, not us. In India, dial 112. For online offences against women and children, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in takes reports directly. Tell us afterwards and we will preserve whatever we hold.

Who you are writing to, how to reach us, and when to expect an answer.
Write to info@upscela.com. It is the only address we use and it reaches a person, not a ticket queue. Anything is welcome here: a result that came back wrong, a question before you buy, a refund, a bulk enquiry, or a bug you would like fixed.
We answer within three to four business days, and usually well inside that. If nothing has arrived by then, look in your spam folder before you conclude we ignored you, then write again.
+91 79060 04034, during ordinary working hours in India. For anything involving a particular image or a payment, email is better: a written record with the job number in it usually settles the matter in one reply where a call takes three.
Write from the email address on your account. That is what lets us find your credits and your jobs without a round of questions first.
If it is about one image, the job number from Recent Tasks is the most useful thing you can give us. If it is about a payment, roughly when it happened and what you bought is enough. If something looked wrong on screen, tell us which browser you were in and whether it was a phone or a computer.
Upscela is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Sumit Sharma, based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh 281001, India. The full registered address is held by our payment provider and is given to any customer or authority who asks for it in writing.
The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 ask every online business to name someone answerable for complaints. Here that is Sumit Sharma, proprietor. Write to info@upscela.com with Grievance in the subject line, so it is not read as an ordinary support question. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and work to resolve it within one month, which is what those rules require.
Most questions already have an answer in the help centre. For money, see Refund and Cancellation. For what happens to your pictures, see Privacy. To tell us the service is being misused, see Report Abuse.
