Should I take a plan or buy a single image?
Buy a single image if you have one job to do, say a poster to print or one listing photo to fix. Take a plan if you upscale regularly: the per-image cost drops sharply, more images run at once, and your files are kept for longer. One large image on a plan already costs less than buying it outright.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. New upscales wait until your next credits arrive, and everything you have already made stays where it is and stays downloadable. You can buy credits or move up a plan at any point if you would rather not wait.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan at any time: it starts the moment you pay, and what is left of the plan you had stays yours until its own date. The plan you are on can be renewed in its last 3 days: the new credits arrive the moment you pay, and the new month begins when the current one ends, so the days you have left are kept. Earlier than that the same plan cannot be bought a second time, and a smaller plan cannot be added while a bigger one is running. If you need more before then, buy credits or move up. Once a plan has ended you can choose any plan again, a smaller one included.
Is annual billing worth it?
It is the same plan at 20% less, paid once for twelve months. Your credits arrive one month at a time, on the same date each month, and each month's are there to be used in that month. Worth it if you already know upscaling is part of how you work; if you are still finding that out, start with a month. If you are on a month of the same plan, the year can be paid for in that month's last 3 days and begins when the month ends. A year of a bigger plan can be bought at any time and starts the day you pay for it.
Can I try it before paying anything?
Yes. The free plan gives you credits every month with no card required, and downloads carry no watermark, so you can judge the result on your own photograph, at full size, before deciding whether any of this is worth paying for.
How do I cancel, and what happens when I do?
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews by itself. You pay for one month or one year, and no further payment is ever taken unless you make it. Your plan runs to the end of the time you paid for, and each month's credits can be used until that month ends. When the time you paid for is over, the account returns to the free plan.
Do leftover credits carry into next month?
No. Plan credits refresh each month; they do not pile up. So the plan to take is the one that matches an ordinary month for you, not the biggest one on the page. If you renew before a month ends, the new month's credits arrive at once and what is left of the old month can still be used until its own last day. Credits bought as a single image work differently and are not on a monthly cycle.
How can I pay?
UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, all in rupees. The figure on the card is the figure charged, with no tax added on top, so nothing new turns up at the checkout. Card and UPI details go straight to the payment provider and never touch our servers.
What if I buy the wrong thing?
Write to us within 7 days, before spending any of the credits, and we will refund it. Separately, if a plan does not do what this page says it does, ask whenever you notice. That one is on us and there is no time limit on it.
